Artwork description: This artwork shows a Native American girl holding a glowing orb although the background has malicious eyes watching her, hoping that she fails. However, the girl refuses to give up hope as the orb is giving her much will power although the odds are stacked against her. I painted the Native American girl as she symbolizes strength and the girl with imperfections I could relate to. I’m glad to have a huge strength and I’ve made many mistakes in my life, but I always try to find solutions. Someone told me on how I have such huge will power, making me not give up and achieve the goals although the odds are stacked against me. I painted this as a way to encourage others to not give up although the odds may be against them.
