Artwork description: “Looking back at memory feels like watching something on TV as the past can’t be controlled similar to shows or movies. Each TV screen depicts a childhood memory, the lower the TV the older the memory. Those that have glitches are memories that have been forgotten or cannot be remembered. As we grow up we admire those past memories, while we have to adjust living in present.The TV’s are vintage as I grew up with these kinds of TV’s. And all of them have stickers because as a kid I loved stickers and putting them on items. Each TV has a slightly different style, and I tried to do different mediums (colored pencil, watercolor, & acrylic). The TV’s were made out of old cardboard boxes from packages, and other miscellaneous items. While we grow up we admire being kids, and want to go back, but life goes on making the experience of being a child again unattainable.“
